Grey's is settling into a pattern of featuring unconventional episodes as its mid-season premieres, and last night's episode followed nicely in the big footsteps left by last year's episode, directed by Denzel Washington, about Meredith's assault. This was a completely different sort of episode — and if I'm not mistaken, the first ever to be set entirely at a location other than the hospital or a character's home. It's set at a women's maximum security prison, where Arizona, Bailey, and Jo have come to help a teenaged inmate, Kristen.

You Can Look (But You'd Better Not Touch)
